Family Planning

We provide a wide variety of birth control methods including birth control pills, Depo-Provera, intrauterine devices (IUDs), Nexplanons, free condoms, and vasectomy counseling.

Women who are receiving birth control pills, Depo-Provera, IUD services, or Nexplanons for the first time will receive an initial family planning visit, and returning patients will receive an annual. As services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on income and household size, proof of income must be provided at the time of service. We are also happy to bill most major insurance companies.

Men can also seek vasectomy counseling services as well.

Services are available by appointment. Please call 910-798-3500 to schedule your appointment. Condoms are offered on a walk-in basis during normal business hours. Please complete the Female Reproductive History or Male Reproductive History before your appointment.

If you are a new patient or need to update your information please complete the Patient Registration Form (PDF) prior to your appointment. This will help expedite the registration process for you.
